  If Guy Fieri had the OG sandwich I had, he would choke! IT WAS TERRIBLE, chicken was pink, the fry on the outside was tasteless and greasy. Fries were pretty good. I wrote corporate and they got back to me and are investigating.

  Went as a quick dinner after shopping and though the sandwich was fine it's a bit pricey and I don't think they're busy enough to where it seems like the food is made and it seems like it's refried when you order it sons tenders were hard the Disney springs location is way better we'll just go back there if we come back

  I order a #8 5 chicken tenders (hot) ranch,special sauce and a triple double mint shake. 2 employees there ;The cashier takes my order.I confirm two times that she has the correct order # 8, which is the five tenders. She says yes... gives me my receipt I’m number 14..wait shake comes out ... wait more the other Employee puts a bag on the counter and calls out "number 9!" .. they both walk away..after sometime I look in the bag to check if its my order its a long container I didnt think it looked like a tender container and just saw fries when i peaked ....so I continued standing there waiting, the cashier back and forth to her break table asks "do you need something?" ... I replied "yes my food"... she thinks it 's the bag on the counter.So I said "I didn't know she called out number 9, and on my receipt is number 14." Mind you Im the only one in the store at this time. But I didn't want to go digging through somebody else's food bag in case they are shopping in walmart... so she checks the bag, she opens it , its a sandwich. She checks my receipt again and says, oh, that's my bad we'll get your food ready for you. So I wait, and they hand me a bag with five tenders in it.... I look in and say "there isnt any fries in here." ... the cashier says "here you can just take these." She proceeded to the bag, take the sandwich out of the container with her bare hands at this point I stop her . 1 because this bag has now been sitting for 10 mins and she's pulling out the sandwich with her bare hands. I let her know that that's unacceptable, and now she has an attitude goes back to the other girl to make the fries, which mind you, they did not have to freshly make the tenders or fries, they just went in the back and seasoned them and toss them in a bag. No sorry,... nothing. . . My kids and I were shocked at this service this is the 3rd time and the LAST time I'll give this franchise a dollar.

  went to get a large drink i guess that they are out of their cups so they wanted to charge me almost 4.00 for a small clear cup.... do better
