    I walked in at 9:35pm on my way out of Walmart. The gentleman behind the counter immediately told me that all they had left, because it was close to close, was tenders. I said that would be fine, and that I had been wanting to try the food here for a while. He smiled and said that he felt bad because the chicken wasn't the absolute freshest he could have given me, and that he would still serve it because it was still bangin, but that if I like it, he'd love it if I come back and try it fresh, and I really want to try the bourbon chicken sandwich. And needless to say , the chicken was, as he said, bangin. It hit the spot so well. And the sauces were super tasty as well. So tomorrow if I can get back when he's working, I'm gonna hopefully get a sandwich he makes, because he literally made me truwt that it will be better than it was tonight. I might start having to get lunch or dinner here on a frequent basis. Employee, who's name I cannot recall, did a stellar job. Personable. Approachable. Actually smiled and laughed with me while he worked, not just a job smile. Bro did a great job All around.

    Food was okay, but I’m 90% sure the shake was expired in some way. Either the berries or the ice cream was off. Unfortunately threw it away as soon as I received it.

    We ordered food to go but changed our minds! So as we are sitting down eating lunch one of the rude servers came to us and stared " you ordered food to go so you have to leave" at that point i stated for this service i also didn't have to give you my money! Mind you looking around the dining room two other customer's also ordered to go but were never asked to leave! I found the food over cooked and overrated! If this is how Guy Fieri lets his people treat customers he needs to do better! I will not recommend this place to anyone! And the sad part is this was the second time i been i came back giving them the benefit of the doubt to be better and no the food was the same!

    These reviews are wild. They probably just don’t like the price. I’m from Jax and we have a ton of fast food chicken restaurants. The tenders are 100% quality. The chicken is quality meat. It’s obviously not cheap dark meat and isn’t dry. All their sauces are good. Way better than any sauce I’ve ever had at a fast food chicken restaurant. There Mac and cheese isn’t just basic Mac and cheese. It has a really good flavor. I hate fried pickles because they just taste like vinegar and salt, but I like these fried pickles. They are a good combination of sour, salty and crunchy.
