  This is the SLOWEST location I've ever been to and I DO NOT care for them sliding plastic crap under my wipers.. like why? And I mean so freaking slow. I've been here 28 mins already for mobile order and drive through is run by slow dragging teens that have No CLUE what they are doing. They have been standing here like this for a while trying to do freaking calculus... idk what is going on here but save yourself some time and go literally anywhere else! Food was correct but took 30 mins

  The drive-thru is incredibly slow. It's not the stats fault - it is a bad design. Hate to say this because my family loves Chick-fil-A, but we chose to go through the drive-thru with a mobile order and regretted it. I should have gone inside to pick it up. The drive-thru at this location is really the worst we have ever experienced. They have two lanes for ordering and only one lane for pickup. It took us 20 minutes to pick up our order. I wish that was an exaggeration. Once we got to the window we were asked to park. When we finally got our order the drinks were wrong and I had to go inside to fix it. Surely someone at corporate can figure this one out. It isn't working.

  I really hate how repetitive your new add his for a ranch chicken bs sandwich you guys should tell the higher ups to discontinue that ad because all I see is a desperate attempt at marketing and everytime that commercial comes on I change the channel or just mute it but hell how many time do you guys have to repeat ranch in 30 second period advertising piped straight from hell I get a headache every time the crappy ad comes into my Spotify ads I down vote it every time

  I recently took my elderly mom here after an appointment. We dined inside. The food always looks and tastes freshly prepared. There were fresh cut flowers in a small vase on every table, which was a nice touch. My mom picked a table while I placed our order at the counter. I was given a table top "marker" to place on our table, and our meals were brought to us promptly. A staff member checked on us periodically, brought us drink refills, and was very pleasant. There is ample seating; booths, table/chairs, and a window side bar with stools. Two trash cans, with automatic compactors built-into them, are in the dining areas. There is also outdoor seating with table umbrellas for shade. The double drive-thru is usually always busy, but always moves along at a pretty quick pace. My order has never been messed up when using the drive-thru or dining inside.
