As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

- NHNoble H2 days ago1.0I placed an order online and the order was sent to the wrong location. I reached out to the app to try to get assistance and was told to call. I called three times and left a voice message with no reply. And with no way to get my money back I drove the 30 minutes. I spoke to the two ladies and they informed me that they do not answer their phone call and there’s nothing that can be done due to the issue. To the corporate heads of checkers I truly hope you guys go bankrupt like spirit because your customer service is so pissed poor I am dumbfounded by it.

Always a little backed up but, that's because they're making it fresh. it's, not sitting under a warmer. So, I'll sit there for a couple minutes while you make my food fresh and then fries come out burning my tongue. I'm good with that. Instead of them being room temperature and smushy.

- HHHeidiMar 19, 20261.0I got there exactly at 10:30 when they first opened. You would expect fresh hot food and really you should expect that anytime you go somewhere to eat. The Burger fun was stale and the burger itself was completely cold and thrown together. The Fry's tasted like they have been cooked in old grease. This was my second time giving this location a chance, and I do not recommend it at all.
