  Our first time in Kava and I have to say the employees are the shining stars here. Especially one employee named Dylan! He provided great recommendations and even came to the table after we started eating to make sure we loved all our choices. The food was fresh, tasty, and filling! We will be back

  Absolutely incredible experience at CAVA! The food was fresh, flavorful, and seriously exceeded my expectations. Everything tasted amazing, the portions were generous, and the whole place had a great atmosphere. The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

  Thank you for the excellent customer service! I just left Cava. This is my second time visiting this Cava location before going back to NY and the service has been exceptional both times I have patronized this location. Special attention to the manager, J (apologies as I forgot the correct spelling of her name). She was patient as I was trying to figure out what to have. She had some recommendations that I was happy to take. Her professionalism is top tier, so much so her staff even praised her as being a great manager and trainer. Thank you again for the great customer service.

  Very disappointed! Staff was not friendly and not service oriented. Restaurant was not clean, I had to ask an employee to wipe one of several dirty tables clean so we could eat. He was not in a hurry at all as we stood there and held our food. Utensils were not stocked, I had to ask for forks. Manager was nowhere in sight. Restaurant was not busy at this time. Will not go back.

  Tried CAVA for the first time when I was visiting family in Ocala from out of state. One of the employees, Keylor, gave us helpful suggestions on what to try and what combinations paired well together. My bowl was amazing! Everything was really fresh and delicious. It was kind of busy and I appreciated Keylor straightening up the dining room so that everything stayed relatively clean. He also came over to ask how we were enjoying the food and to see if there was anything we needed. 10/10 customer service!!
