  I didn’t take a photo but the food was definitely delicious, my son and I had the glazed salmon and it was so Devine, and to top that off, the prices were in my opinion reasonable! Plus they gave a lot of food (more than what chipotle does) and their food tasted in my opinion better than chipotle! I will be returning here again!

  Third time here and the food is always delicious and consistent, on our visit today we were delighted to be served by Renee and Jen, I work in Ocala and come here every so often because the food is always fresh, tasty, and savory! They have tons of different options for proteins as well as toppings and sauces, if you're wondering whether you should or not, just do it! Wont be disappointed!

  This cava literally is the worst but this time takes the cake. I ordered 2 bowls and a kids meal and ended up with 2 kids meals and a bowl as well as no red pepper hummus to go with my pita chips. It’s right on the receipt not sure how they screwed this one up. Now who do I contact to be refunded for the interns I did not receive. If I didn’t live 30 minutes away I’d come back.

  I am so disappointed with my experience today at cava. I came into cava today after a workout from the gym, I went all the way down the line got my food made just to be told when I got to the cashier that at this time they are not taking cash. I feel like this is something that should’ve been stated well before I got all the way to the cashier, common courtesy I feel would be the worker making your bowl at the beginning of the line to let the customers know that they aren’t taking cash at the moment that way you don’t get all the way to the end of the line and you aren’t able to get your food because all you had in that moment was cash. Complete waste of time!

  We went to CAVA for takeout around 7:45 PM and had a very frustrating experience. We waited in line for more than 25 minutes with only one person handling orders while several customers were waiting, which made the process incredibly slow. When it was finally our turn, we were told they were out of saffron rice and it would take 20+ minutes to make more. We then switched to a pita, only to be told they were also out of chicken and that would take another 20 minutes. At that point, we were too frustrated to keep waiting and ended up leaving without ordering. It was disappointing because this was still well before closing time, so it felt like the store was not prepared to serve customers during normal business hours. A fast-casual restaurant should be better stocked and staffed, especially when there is still a line of people waiting. Based on this visit, the service was poor and the experience was very inconvenient.
