Probably the worst food Ive ever had at a restaurant. I tried a few appetizers and omg I about puked. The shrimp was cold, the stuff mushrooms where old and had the consistency of wet sand. The sauce that they use was absolutely terrible. My wife ordered something that tasted like lemons but supposedly had no lemons. The pasta was sticky and gooey. The crab cakes where ok but everything is smothered in this sauce that was absolutely terrible and the prices where high...The waitress was kind and did her job but the cook needs to go back to school...I doubt Ill ever eat there again

Absolutely TERRIBLE!!!! We went for lunch to celebrate belated Mother’s Day lunch ordered calamari and cheese sticks for apps calamari undercooked not crispy, ordered ribeye it was undercooked as well, paid extra for the side of fettuccine of $3.29 and received the smallest portion for a child!!! Very upsetting especially when having to pay extra it should have been an entire plate of pasta!!!! Next the chicken trio was overcooked and ends of chicken were black!!! Very upsetting for lunch for 4 with NO drinks or alcohol and excluding tip our bill was $165. These days you have to do better as there are so many other choices for a great lunch!!
My son and I had not been to Carraba's in a while. We returned on 4/24/26. We were delighted with their remodel. That was just the first thing! We were seated quickly, had all of our questions answered and order placed by one incredible server, Alondra, who ensured all was handled with high attention to detail. She was friendly and very efficient. Food was wonderful, right temp, and fresh. The Chicken Marsala was DeLiCiOus! The price was good, too. They allowed me to just order the Chicken Marsala without the sides. I already had an appetizer and did not want too much to eat. No problem!
I would encourage you to give it a try if you have not in a while. But be careful! It may become your favorite restaurant again! Thanks Alondra for taking such great care of us. (And the young man who delivered our bread and salads was fabulous, too!)
All right for the last two times I have used the checkout to go order and literally as soon as I pulled in those workers are bringing my food out so fast im so grateful because I don’t have time and I’m working so I try to order lunch while on the go and Carrabba‘s online order pick up speed is faster than anything I have seen for a full-size entrée of spaghetti, soup, and breadsticks. No wait time whatsoever whoever trained them is amazing. I go to a lot of restaurants and I have never seen this kind of blazing speed. I literally put my order in. It says give them 20 minutes. I’ll give them 20 minutes then as soon as I pull in they are bringing the food out in a quick pace UNBELIEVABLE ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Friday April 24th, 2:00 pm. Should have left as soon as I walked in, could immediately see they didn’t have enough hosts, servers, or any employee there to help the people waiting.. (with the manager watching the whole time)
Had to wait at the host stand for about a hour.. half the time with no worker up there.. while one young lady raced about, cleaning tables, helping the servers, and trying to sit four tables up front. With the lounge area full and a bartender racing past us saying, “they’re just going to have to wait”
As the manager just watches and talks away at the food window with no food even going out? We finally get sat just to have our waitress not even look at us her whole greet. Food runner sat our drinks down that she was holding in her armpit? With a face of just utter annoyance and irritation. (Really making me look forward to asking for anything if need be) Quickly got our food but when the side of my five year olds lasagna was about burnt and really hard on the side from being an edge piece we just asked for another and we could hear the cooks being loud and irritated that we did. Shouting sarcastically to each other as we sat right there across from them.. shouting profanity's to one another about whatever.
Every employee there made us feel we bothered them by us coming into eat.
