Used to be the best spot in town good price and amazing food best in their type . Now corporate bought it and it’s an over priced tender place. Used to sell fried chicken and be great. I used to buy a family meal from here 2 times a month now it’s not good enough or worth it. Over priced tenders. Bring back the friend chicken. The prices are so bad to what you actually get now it’s only worth it if you get a chicken sandwich. Which is still best in town. Just a shame really a shame.

Casein at store 1411 provided exceptional service. Upon our arrival, we were informed that chicken was unavailable and would be ready in approximately 10 minutes. However, after a 40-minute wait, we received our chicken, only to be told that biscuits were now out of stock, requiring further waiting. Our group consisted of 13 individuals who were traveling through. When we inquired about our orders for the second time, Casein was assisting at the counter alongside the manager. The manager was distributing orders to other customers who had arrived after us, and an employee who placed an order after us received her food and departed before we did. I had to explain to the manager the discrepancy in their order fulfillment process, emphasizing the "first in, first out" system, as we had six unfulfilled orders and had been waiting for over 30 minutes, even though we were aware that chicken was being prepared when we ordered. Casein demonstrated exemplary professionalism, handling the situation with politeness and professionalism. He apologized, explained that he had just started his shift, and promptly resolved our issues. He even circulated among restaurant, ensuring that everyone had received their complete orders and that nothing was still missing. I am unsure about the manager's actions, but Casein deserves a promotion and a raise. He remained calm under pressure and communicated effectively, keeping us informed. Please continue your excellent work, young man.

The new Bojangles looks clean, they have the screens to order, and friendly customer service. One problem: no bone-in chicken. You are meaning to tell me that you have a GIANT bucket of chicken prop ON TOP OF YOUR RESTAURANT for your grand re-opening (with the bucket having bone-in chicken), but sell chicken tenders. Let me add that it be expensive chicken tenders too. Sure, they have their chicken biscuits and sandwiches. However, that bone-in chicken is special. Their branding team of having some places sell bone-in chicken and some not is just moronic. At this point, Bojangles be looking like a bootleg Raisin Canes (which they are not that impressive either).

I’ve been excited for this to reopen after coming from NC where bojangles hails supreme. It’s my favorite chicken joint by far. But to find out the history of this location and then to find out they don’t have the supreme tender combo when reopening is insane to me. That is a staple product people will go out of their way for. And for them to reopen and not carry a staple product makes no sense to me personally. I won’t even walk into a bojangles if they don’t have the supreme tender combo. What a shame. And that’s coming from someone who frequented bojangles almost daily on its home turf in NC. Crazy lol

I came before they close this place down the first time and the food was okay come here when they just open up and I can't believe they don't have bone-in chicken no more I should have just gone to PDQ's or Chick-fil-A or canes or Zaxby's or any of the hundred other places that do boneless chicken I'm not saying I don't like boneless but there's only two other places you can go to get bone in what would be wrong with having another one but all I can say I'm not coming back here until Bones and chicken again My opinion they ought to just close it back up until they figure out how to get Bones back in their chicken
