The label on it said 3 pumps of vanilla, 3 pumps of chocolate and it was drowning in chocolate. I went back inside and told them I ordered a Oreo coolata and the lady behind the country looked at me confused and asked me in a very rude way “how does it look wrong to you”. I’ve been a customer of Dunkin doughnuts for awhile and I know what a Oreo coolata looks like considering it’s been my go to since it came back. It’s not the fact that they messed up my order that I’m upset about, I’m upset about the way she asked me like I was stupif. I told her it wasn’t suppose to have all that chocolate syrup so she made me another one and it had EVEN MORE chocolate syrup. I will never go to this location again.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
