  Stopped at drive thru on the way home, the food was made to perfection, it all look photo worthy, like it was for an ad. The server at the window was so polite my wife was blown away, an wanted to make sure they got the recognition she and the others cooking deserved.

  I hadn't been there an Arby's in many years and now I remember why. I got a $10 roast beef sandwich meal and I couldn't believe how small the sandwich was, especially compared to the picture on the menu board and how much it cost. I won't be going back anytime soon. The sandwich was also pretty bland and required sauce.

  I don't know her name but the older African American lady who works at the drive-thru window should not be in a customer service role. She is the most rude fast food worker I have ever encountered.

  Are here while traveling from Florida back to Indiana. Never have I ever had such a great experience at a fast food place. The girl who took it order was so sweet. Everyone was actually. The store was so clean even the bathrooms. She even came out to check on us and chatted for a bit. I wish I would have asked her name. I too run a fast food store. She can come work for me anytime😁

  Pisspore arby's if I've ever seen one. A Florida institution's (Arby's) crappiest example. I'm sorry I wasted money buying food there. I don't even know if I'd call it food, might as well say scraps. It was a giant mess of Roast Beef spread over their regular size bun. They could have used the width of two buns side by side to hold the meat the way they built this sandwich. And red grease, not what I would call red ranch, was spread all over the wrapper when I opened it. If I had any extra time at all, I would have asked to speak to the manager, but I had to leave the restaurant after getting a quick dinner with my wife and then leaving, to go to a prior engagement. I did have to ask the person behind the counter for a knife and fork, because it was the only feasible means of being able to eat the mess. It's a shame because i'm often in this part of town. If you'd like to see a good example of what an arby's should be like I would suggest the arby's in Lady Lake. The one thiss review is written for here, needs a complete overhaul of their training methods, QC and practices. Also, not as much their fault but could have been possibly taken care of by someone that worked there; There was some weirdo in the back of the restaurant in a booth watching his phone at top volume, and he wasn't even eating he was just loitering. We had to sit specifically far away from him. So it wouldn't disturb us while we ate.
