  Every time I’ve come through this drive-thru at night, the wait has been extremely long. Cars literally drive away because no one even acknowledges them with a simple “one moment please” or any kind of communication. On top of that, the fries are rarely fresh. I’ve tried to be understanding, but at this point there’s really no excuse for consistently keeping customers waiting that long without even acknowledging them. Just shut the lights off and close of you can’t serve customers.

  Worst McDonald’s I have experienced. Been many times because of the closeness. Slow is an understatement. 15-20 minute wait 9 times out of 10. Don't go through the outside drive-through, you will be waiting until you get so mad that you just leave. Don't go insided either. The self checkout never has paper for the reciept so make sure you get the order # on the screen. The "Now serving" tv is out and 70% of the time they screw something up.

  Staff was cursing and screaming at eachother inside the restaurant. Food was cold, old and inedible, even got the wrong drink. Absurd. New management absolutely needed.

  Waited in line for 45 minutes in the drive thru no lie. Then wanted to try the new sprite and told me they have no sodas whatsoever made me order at the second window and then made me say the order 4 times as she already had it in hand would not come again. Ended up driving to e commercial location for a better experience

  Extremely rude. Nasty attitudes pulled u, no answer so I drove up to the windows where I see a fruit ball sitting there on his phone blew my horn. Several times. When he finally came to the window he slung it open and told me to go to 1st window. Absolutely not. Not with that attitude. Ill keep my money and go to a better location. Manager was out front laughing it up with someone. Store is terrible. Close it down. With an attitude like that I see why they work at mcdonalds
