- AFAuricelia FernandesMay 11, 20261.0This morning I stopped by for a quick breakfast after dropping someone off at work before my own appointment. Unfortunately the experience was frustrating. I ordered a medium frozen drink but received a small one instead. I also asked to scan my rewards QR code, but was told the register had already been closed. I paid cash specifically because I’m trying to keep track of my bank transactions carefully right now, but I never received my full change back. When I asked about the missing 71 cents, I was told it had already been given to me, but it was not in my bag or in my hand. It’s not about the amount of money — it’s about accuracy and customer service. The interaction left me uncomfortable and disappointed.

I asked him to show me on the camera. he refused. and kicked me out. this would have been Wednesday April 8th around 11:40 a.m.. talking guy sweeping and I guess cleaning up and does other things there. with the beard and goatee. refuse to give his name. now I was there doing some work online as so many people do today. tablet cell phone out backpack full of gear. no clothes! many people are working remote these days and many more to come. what this guy did was very very bad.
