I really like this Dunkin and I've been going to this location for awhile. My coffee is always made right and if i order food, it comes out good. Recently, they hired new people, but they still have a few workers that have been there for awhile. I miss the original workers. The new ones don't know what they are doing and the food is mostly gross now than it is good. I order bacon avocado toast with a coffee. The coffee is alright, but they have been giving me my toast without bacon on it the past couple of times and when I tell them, they give me uncooked bacon that I end up picking off. Today, my boyfriend went to Dunkin for me and got my usual. The toast again didn't have bacon on it and once they put it on, this is what I got. They have like 2 or 3 people there that have been there for awhile who know my face and order. They are great employees and maybe need to train the new ones or hire better employees.

Every time I stop at this dunkin I regret it. Even with mobile orders there seems to be an issue. One morning I submitted a mobile order, I don’t often stop at this Dunkin. As I was waiting for my mobile order by the stand they have specifically for a mobile order I calmly waited with no rush. I was then asked by an employee if I had a mobile order and I said “yes.” This employee then proceeded to laugh at me because I didn’t say anything to them about my order. I then told them I was waiting for them to just put it on the stand because as a customer I assume that the stand is for mobile orders when the customer is ready to have a more efficient start to the customers day. I was then reprimanded by a different employee from across the store that “[I] gotta say ‘sum’ because ‘they stealin.’” If a store has a different process on mobile orders then it needs to be known across the board with signs to say speak to an employee. A customer doesn’t need to be laughed at and yelled at across the store with disrespectful attitude because I’m unaware of how a store operates. This was during a morning shift and it was a young lady and an older woman. Multiple times I’ve been to this same Dunkin and my order was half par and not sufficient when trying to get it fixed I consistently catch attitude and when my order is returned it’s the exact same.

Lattes are being made with burnt espresso, and it makes them taste like shit. Espresso needs to go into the drink as soon as possible, because otherwise it burns. This store is preparing espresso in advance and just letting it sit so that they can more quickly prepare drinks, while destroying the taste. Please teach employees, maybe even have them taste the difference between burnt espresso and fresh, so that they don't keep doing this. I'll change my review when this is addressed, but it just really sucks to see so many stores doing this.

This morning I stopped by for a quick breakfast after dropping someone off at work before my own appointment. Unfortunately the experience was frustrating. I ordered a medium frozen drink but received a small one instead. I also asked to scan my rewards QR code, but was told the register had already been closed. I paid cash specifically because I’m trying to keep track of my bank transactions carefully right now, but I never received my full change back. When I asked about the missing 71 cents, I was told it had already been given to me, but it was not in my bag or in my hand. It’s not about the amount of money — it’s about accuracy and customer service. The interaction left me uncomfortable and disappointed.I am very upset with this location. I went through the drive-thru around 6:04 AM and ordered a chicken sandwich. Instead, I was handed a plain bagel. That is completely unacceptable. The order was shown correctly on the screen, and I paid cash for the more expensive item, but I received a much cheaper item that had nothing to do with my order. On top of that, I was not given a receipt, which makes the situation even more frustrating. This was not a simple mix-up. A chicken sandwich and a plain bagel are totally different. I should not have to open every bag in the drive-thru just to make sure I actually received what I paid for. I am extremely disappointed. This location needs better training, better attention to orders, and better customer service. Customers should not be charged for one item and sent away with something completely different.
