  It's bad enough that your food costs so much but do you have to add insult to injury with soggy fries and burned, dried out burger patties? We ordered food at 12 noon. You can't even have fresh food ready for lunch? Oh, and thanks to whomever sprayed cheap perfume while making my drink. Having to smell that nasty odor while taking a sip of Coke really makes dining much more pleasant.

  Absolutely AMAZING! Mgr. Jacob has all his team hopping as he bags food himself!! My personal experience was with Trent (told his first day as I told Jacob, “Give this man a raise!” His reply was, “It’s his first day!!! Can you say amazing?!?! Trent was taking orders + running food In between customers, not counting, I seen them and back putting food on trays to take out!!! Outstanding worker!! Then The hostess, Sage also was very professional and took my tray full of trash along with supplied Superior customer service!!! With the way, Jacob has his team organized and treating the customers visiting the tables afterwards it’s all about customer service at this McDonald’s that’s why I travel past one to come here. Keep up the fantastic work.!!!! Enjoy The included photos of Trent and Jacob hard at work as Trent checks the beverage bar since there wasn’t a customer! Also, Jacob killing it filling orders!!!

  This store is the worst!!!! They do not give you the full order. They will not take a phone call. Customer service for McDonalds is an absolute joke!!!!!!!!!!! They just say we will escalate this and they will call you when it is convenient. They have to review it and determine if they will make it right or not! The manager is not interested in speaking to customers. Will not return a call and store staff will not pick up the phone.

  Food is somehow never warm but I always need to go park and wait for it... On top of that nonsense, my food smelled like cologne or some crap. Like someone sprayed themselves with it while handling my food. Don't bother coming here.

  *link broke * But drove back they were very sorry and took the receipt and food to redo.... they still gave me the wrong food 2nd time... I try to give this McDonald's a chance since its been the original in north port but for the life of all they cant get an order correct and then you cant reach anyone on a phone.
