Went through the drive-thru for a couple Oreo McFlurries and was quite disappointed at the flavor. Basically, there was none. Save your money and get a half gallon of ice cream at the Publix across the street. It'll taste much better and is a better deal price wise.

I visited this location and was informed by a staff member that we could not park in a specific spot. The employee was polite and simply communicating what she was instructed to do. However, I observed the manager respond to the employee in a way that felt unfair and overly harsh. It seemed the employee was only doing her job by relaying store rules, and I don’t think she should have been treated that way. I hope management reviews how staff are supported and corrected internally so employees are treated respectfully.
On the contrary Attabella is the one who deserves a polished perfect review she acted like a perfect employee with respect, kindness, & patience- the same patience she deserved from her manager considering she’s a human being and it wasn’t her fault.
During my visit to this location, I observed an employee who demonstrated a strong understanding of store procedures and communicated them clearly, calmly, and professionally to customers. Even in the face of an unfair and discouraging response from management, she maintained composure and continued to perform her duties with diligence and respect.
Her conduct reflected qualities that are essential in leadership—accountability, professionalism, and a clear commitment to policy and customer service. In contrast, her handling of the situation highlighted a level of maturity and emotional control that exceeded what is typically expected in an entry-level role.
It was evident that she has the capability, judgment, and presence to succeed in a managerial position, and I believe she would be an asset in a leadership role within the organization.

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location. The service was slow, and my order was incorrect when it finally arrived. The food quality did not meet expectations, as items were served cold and not prepared properly.
The staff appeared disorganized, and there was a lack of attention to customer service during my visit. Overall, the experience did not reflect the standards expected from a national franchise.
I hope management addresses these issues to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall customer satisfaction.
I just placed a BREAKFAST mobile order at 10:17 AM to wait in the drive-thru until 10:30 for them to tell me I cannot receive my order because they are only taking lunch orders. All I wanted was a McDonald's breakfast, but instead I had to waste 15 minutes in their drive-thru line to NOT GET MY FOOD.
