- MSMorgan Shoemaker1 day ago3.0I’ve been having Dutch Bros for well over a decade because I used to live in Oregon, where it was founded. Was so excited when they put up one in Northport, however, every time I have gone here, the drinks do not taste the same as pretty much any other their locations I’ve been to throughout the years. This location’s drinks are consistently less sweet and very, very milky. I ordered two of these drinks, and both of them taste like 98% milk even though I always order them with extra shots. Disappointed at their consistency in comparison to other locations.

I didn’t catch their names but we see them often as we are there every day. It’s staff members like that that that make us keep coming back! -Amber and fam!

In the morning when I get my coffee I’m greeted with smiling faces and people that recognize you. I also sometimes stop in the middle of the day to get something cold and refreshing. There are great people that work there. Wendy also is another employee that I always see working hard. She is super nice and very friendly to talk to. Staff reminds me how the 80’s and 90’s were with great service face to face.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
