  The staff are always very pleasant and they manage to keep up the pace well when they have a long line at the drive up window. The drinks are very good.

  I've been going to Dutch Bros. For a long time, I first learned of the coffee shop when I lived in Mesa, Az. My wife put me onto the place, amazing hot chocolate if you ever get a chance to try. Also the app you get a free drink so you can try a drink of your choice before you buy so you can judge and taste how different they are from all the other pop ups around us, which IS A LOT . You have BRIX, Then the new one next to Rita's then of course or the regular options like staryucks and Dunkin which come on we know Americans run on Dunkin... Bc it is the most popular option that is reasonably priced. That's one thing you will notice at Dutch Bros. Everything you can drink is REASONABLY priced. That's why I love them. They have extremely good coffee and I love the frozen coffee drinks they make them good!! (basically a coffee slushie). Also they give you a drink of ANY SIZE, on the app for your birthday... I just tried a pretty decent one couple days back on mine, I can't remember the name but it had double espresso and was a frozen drink I enjoy those the most especially with our Florida heat, my wife has the hot chocolate every time, I believe they make a frozen one too. Give them a shot, trust me they aren't StarYucks. You'll enjoy it. Also service is fast and the staff is very friendly and helpful with options if you don't know what to try, bc trust me they try it all and know what's up if you tell them what you like they can 100% get you something good in your cup!

  Honestly pretty disappointed for Dutch Bros experience. I ordered a nitro cold brew, they read it to me 3 times and got it wrong. Weren't as friendly as you would expect from dutch, and i was the only customer in line. Really didn't take anytime to chat, got the impression they wanted me to leave.

  Absolutely disgusting experience at Dutch Bros. I found a fly floating in my drink after already taking a few sips. It was completely unacceptable and honestly made me sick to my stomach. Quality control and cleanliness should be a basic priority, especially when serving food and drinks. When I spend my money somewhere, I expect a clean and safe product, not a surprise insect in my cup. This experience completely ruined my visit, and I have no confidence in their sanitation standards. I will never be returning and would not recommend this location to anyone.

  I’m super nice but picky with my Dutch bros. I’m from TN & I’ve been obsessed with DB for about 3 years now and am friends with everyone at location so much so that when I pull up in any of my vehicles they have my drink ready and we chit chat for a while. I’ve really never had a bad experience until my first one in FL the other day. (NOT this one!) I was a little was after that but found this one 30 minutes from our room and they were great and super nice. So I just wanted to brag on them for a minute especially after my first FL experience wasn’t great. Thank yall! ☺️
