  Kevin was so wonderful. He recognized me from my car. He must have remembered my order from one day before because I went in the store the next day and he remembered that I liked French vanilla and he wanted to tell me that he was out of it but that he could make it taste good and he did so Kevin thank you very very much. You’re the best.

  Went inside to get a medium hot with four milks as usual, took 25 minutes, I was actually quite entertained by the circus act

  I never leave reviews but this one is warranted. When I spend $6 for a sandwich, or $5 for a drink, I would expect it to be done right. No matter when I go to this place the order is wrong. The part that gets me the most, if they are out of stock on something, no one tells you about it, they just don’t include that item with your order when handing you the bag. So you just paid for something and didn’t receive it. Not even a heads up or refund. Food is always messed up, I got a chicken sandwich and the patty they used was the size of a chicken nugget, not even the drinks are made right. How can a coffee shop mess up simple coffee orders every single time. You pay for things like the bacon jam? Never once was it put my sandwich, even though I pay extra for it. I’m so tired of spending my money here and getting irritated or scammed every single time as a result. The problem is they don’t care. They just rush the order to get you out of there and management doesn’t hold anyone accountable. There is zero quality control there. Don’t waste your money, just go to a different Dunkin location.
