  I have tried this place several times now because I didn’t want to give a negative review thinking next time might be better. Unfortunately each time I went it has gotten worse and worse. The staff is not very friendly and seem very annoyed to make the order. When I was there a month ago they barely spoke English and couldn’t understand what I wanted. When in went there a few days ago this time there was a bunch of young kids just joking around and had no idea how much portions to give. They literally gave me one spoon of meat on top of the rice, which wasn’t much Rice at all. I said something that it’s supposed to come with more and another guy came and put another spoonful but he seemed very annoyed by it. The prices are not cheap, but it seems like every time I went there I would get less and less food. It’s definitely not worth it anymore.

  I’m kinda Annoyed I bought my food going down the line and the lady was chipping away at the ice where the food goes and did not care that is was getting in anyone’s food. It looks like it hadn’t been clean for a while. Honestly, it was a older white lady.. just saying but It was really rude.

  Got up charged without asking for double chicken they gave me double and charged me $4 extra that I didn’t ask for the workers need to work on communication skills with customers and each other because I got robbed for $4

  this is the worst chipotle ever, i am a vegetarian, so i don’t get protein or even beans. whenever i ask for extra cheese or corn salsa the workers act as if im speaking an ancient language and move at snail speed putting the tiniest portions ever, almost in spite i asked for more. when it’s literally toppings and i don’t get any protein, not to mention half the time they are out of fajitas and onions, so i can’t even get that. the workers also somehow simultaneously rush you at super sonic speed, which i get, it’s busy in there, but i want to make sure the food is fresh and servings are to my standard. they are unwelcoming and get pissy when you want to use rewards at the check out too. today they were training i don’t even know how many people in there and it seemed like everyone actually working was brand new and knew nothing. once again, they were out of fajitas and onions today and wouldn’t even offer to check the to go area if there was any for me. this chipotle is just not ran well, always seems like there is different staff who are either incompetent bc they’re new or bitchy bc they have been stuck there for too long.

  I genuinely enjoy Chipotle and the quality of food it’s known for, which is why this location is so disappointing. Every time I visit, the dining area is in unacceptable condition. The tables are consistently dirty, covered in leftover, crusted food, to the point where it’s difficult to even find a place to sit. This is not just an inconvenience it’s a sanitation concern. On top of that, the food quality has been inconsistent. The rice has been undercooked and hard on multiple occasions, which reflects a lack of attention to basic preparation standards. This isn’t a one-time issue it’s a repeated pattern. I’m genuinely concerned about the cleanliness and overall management of this location. Something needs to change, because this does not reflect the standards people expect from Chipotle. Please take care of your restaurant… if I was the owner I would be horrified my restaurant looks in this condition!!
