I ordered 2 Quarter chicken dark meat one with white rice and beans the other with yellow rice plantains and a side salad. Got to the window the young lady gave me my bag and I drove off. After getting home and taking my food out, I realize that both of my meals are white meat and there is no side salad. This was surprising and disappointing, bevause we order Pollo at least once per week and they always get it right. I searched the bag and pf course there was no receipt. My order was $22.60. How do resolve this with no receipt?

Only thing a homeless came to start talking back and forth to the staff, which police had to be called to get involved. A security guard is a must at this Pollo Tropical, multi people from the streets enter and they make the bathrooms their showers. This is deplorable for anyone who wants to eat inside
