  Llegué y había como 5 personas esperando más de 10 minutos con la caja completamente sola y nadie dando una explicación. Un cliente incluso tuvo que ir a pedir ayuda y aun así se demoraron otros 5 minutos más en aparecer. Mientras tanto, tenían como 7 empleadas atrás riéndose y hablando entre ellas mientras nadie atendía. Servicio totalmente desorganizado y una falta de respeto para los clientes.

  The place has the rudest employees in the whole world . Disgusting attitude . I will never buy from here again . The manager literally walked away from me and sucked his teeth . I don’t know how they have employees like this working in busy places like north Miami . Smh

  Horrible customer service. The cashier was rude and disrespectful. The manager needs to do a better job at training the employees because they don’t know what customer service is. The tables were dirty and not picked up and was lacking sanitation I will never be back at this establishment

  At approximately 2:30 PM on April 24, I had an unpleasant experience with one of your employees (a man with a gray beard) working at the order pickup area. When I politely asked for the restroom code, he began loudly banging on the table and yelling instead of providing assistance. This behavior was unprofessional and inappropriate. I kindly ask that you address this situation and remind your staff about proper communication and respectful treatment of customers. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

  I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent visit Friday April 17, 2026.9:00pmWhile the food and staff were exemplary, The employees always so nice and kind.I’m a regular here and I know all the employees.its was a new employee by the name of Angel just started working there. And I witness a customer being rude and not so nice to her and the customer threw the money at the young lady and the young lady threw it back . The customer already had an attitude when he approached the counter. The employee went and got the manager.The older gentleman with glasses that’s manager displayed unprofessional demeanor toward the employee aggressively in front employees and customers . This demeanor created an uncomfortable environment, and I believe it is doing a disservice to the excellent team working under him. I was shocked this manager displayed that type of behavior against the new employee she was just doing her job. I felt very sorry for her to be in a situation like that . Rude customer and then rude disrespectful unprofessional manager yelling and screaming at her. I came Saturday to see was she still there because she was an amazing employee and a hard worker. The days I was there she was nice professional and she did her job. That Manager should be fired! that’s not right how he treated her.
