  En esta oportunidad la calidad de servicio, fue impecable. La ultima vez que vinimos y estuvimos en la misma sede salimos con gift card por el pesimo servicio ofrecido y tiempos de espera para solo 4 personas esperando sus pedidos. Esta vez fui a canjear esa gift card y debo decir que la atención en la caja fue excelente, la comida la hicieron al instante y el lugar es super amplifier pero como solo estaban ocupadas 3 mesas se podia comer en paz y tranquilo. La cheese bacon burger it's really good for me was a little cold... but flavors were really good.!

  La atención es horrible, las hamburguesas son ricas, lo que daña s la experiencia es la pésima atención desde el cajero que te toma la orden!

  Im so sad because I hyped this place up from a memory thats almost 7 years old for one the greatest burger I ate in a while and not going back until today I found time and was in the area. My biggest attraction at the first visit to the restaurant was the smell of freshly cooked beef burgers and fries cooking. Unfortunately, today i was expecting for the hype talk for one the greatest burger spot to be met with actual backup with the restaurants great reputation to my ladie date, but instead I was let down with grimmy wet floor smell and sloppy over cooked bacon and fries cooking. I was really embarrassed and couldn’t keep one one brow down on suspicion that maybe things aren’t as clean or as healthy to eat as my first visit 7 years ago. Am truly sorry Brittany Clarke to invite to eat at that place and we couldn’t even eat inside due to the hard aroma from wet dirty floor cleaning supply’s that over powed your sence of smell. And ya didn’t get that mouth watering hunger smell from fresh food being made . I was let down by five guys an my date won’t date me any more cause the cleanness of places I choose to eat, I know where it came from. ☹️

  Sat here like 10 mins waiting for a milkshake cause one of the employees was training another employee. No greeting. No acknowledgement. And i have a lot of patience.

  I have been a loyal Five Guys customer for years and have always appreciated their commitment to quality. However, my recent visits to this location on Biscayne Boulevard have been consistently disappointing. The burgers and fries do not meet the Five Guys standard I know and expect. The fries arrive wilted and soggy instead of fresh and crispy. More troublingly, the beverages from the fountain machines taste like water with minimal flavor. It appears the syrup-to-water ratio is deliberately calibrated to maximize water content, likely to cut costs. This is unacceptable for a premium brand like Five Guys. Every visit here has resulted in the same poor quality. I strongly recommend corporate Five Guys to audit this location and retrain the staff, as they are damaging the brand’s reputation.
