  Worst chipotle ever i have visited in my life! Online orders are always by at least 10 minutes late and they extremely unfriendly. What a location is this, please change management.

  Might be the slowest chipotle I’ve ever been to. It took 5 minutes per person to go through the line. At first I thought they were waiting for ingredients to cook but to my surprise they weren’t. Felt like it was 3/4 staff’s first day. Even redeeming a gift card was hard. Low skilled labor.

  Decent spot but I don't like when I can't go to table to eat because literally 8 available tables and not one was wiped clean after someone ate. So I grabbed my food and left. It busy but the manager needs to pay attention to that. We would have stayed and ordered a fountain drink and chilled if a cleaned table was available. Outside of that. It's a Chipotle, it did the job and even with the long line for world cup,it moved quickly.

  In order to enjoy a meal, a restaurant needs two basic things: cleanliness and good service. Unfortunately, this location lacked both. Every table I checked was dirty and covered with food left behind by previous customers. It appeared that the dining area had not been cleaned throughout the day, as the floors and restrooms were also in poor condition. The food itself was acceptable, but it’s difficult to enjoy a meal in such an unsanitary environment. Rather than stay, I decided to leave. If cleanliness and customer service are important to you, you may want to consider another location. A straight F.

  First time ordering from this location, and unfortunately, I will not be returning. First and foremost, the customer service was extremely nonexistent. I understand that lunch hours can be busy and employees may be under pressure, but a simple smile or friendly interaction goes a long way. Instead, I felt rushed through the ordering process as if the goal was simply to move on to the next customer as quickly as possible. The portion sizes were also underwhelming. Very little meat was added to my bowl, and when I asked for more, the staff acted as though they didn't understand my request. On top of that, the bowl was absolutely drenched in sauce. Rather than enhancing the meal, the excessive amount of sauce made everything soggy and overwhelmed the other flavors. The presentation was equally poor. Ingredients appeared to be carelessly thrown into the bowl without any attention to detail. The lettuce was piled on top haphazardly, and the overall appearance resembled a messy, unappetizing pile of food. The restaurant was very busy, and I didn't want to create additional work for the employees by asking for a remake, so I paid and left. Unfortunately, the experience got even worse when I arrived home. The amount of sauce had soaked through the bag, causing it to tear as I walked to my front door. My bowl nearly fell onto the ground. At that point, it felt like a sign. After seeing the condition of the meal and how unappetizing it looked, I ended up throwing it away. Overall, this was a very disappointing first experience.
