  This is our 3rd time coming to Alaska Coffee, but today was awful. I guess they had a huge order, and they were backed up, so we had to wait an hour and a half for 2 breakfast sandwiches. Unacceptable!! Customers were getting annoyed because of the long wait! No extra coffee or anything was offered while we waited. I might go one more time just because the food tasted good.

  I am on vacation in Miami and had a very disappointing experience at this establishment. After over an hour wait I inquired about our order. It took staff a while to realize that something went wrong. The choice I was left with was for them to prepare the original order or to get reimbursed. Since I had already paid for the food including a hefty tip of $25 I opted to get reimbursed. I am not willing to tip generously for bad service. A smart business owner would have offered to reimburse me and served the food.

  Awful experience. Forgot our order and waited over 1.5 hours for food that never arrived. I would have expected after forgetting my order and making me wait they would apologize and comp the meal . A good establishment would have offered a comped meal. This establishment insisted either get the food or refund. Never again —- don’t waste your time and money here

  I love to work and hang out with my friends in this cafe. Both coffee and tea are great, pastry is also good.
