- JLjose lopez4 days ago1.0I used to love coming here but the black girl that wears the hair net taking orders doesn’t greet people , walked up to the register no hello nothing . Instead she’s sitting on her phone with a nasty look on her face. Fire all these people and turn this location around . 19$ for two smoothies and you can’t get any customer service . In this economy this location won’t be around for much longer !

It is now 2:11 and multiple people after me have gotten their food and smoothies and mine is yet to be started. Once I got the smoothie it had no taste. I asked for a refund when giving the item back and was refused. I get this same order daily in the Miami Gardens location and I don’t have issues like this.

I have been there two days in a row, and yesterday's experience was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I simply asked for my food to be pressed in the panini machine, which is a very reasonable request considering I'm paying for my meal. Instead of assisting me, the employee, Aniya, immediately responded with an attitude and said she's not doing it. The tone alone was enough to make me feel like I was inconveniencing her just by asking. Unfortunately, this is not my first negative interaction with Aniya. Every single time I have asked for my food to be warmed a little longer or re-toasted, she acts as though I am asking for something outrageous. Rather than providing basic customer service, she consistently makes me feel like I'm bothering her for requesting my food be prepared the way I prefer. It's incredibly frustrating to be treated this way over such simple requests. What makes this even more disappointing is that I have never had this issue with any other employee at this location. Every other staff member I've encountered has been friendly, welcoming, accommodating, and has consistently prepared my food and smoothies with care. They understand what good customer service looks like. Aniya, however, seems to have no interest in providing that same level of professionalism. No customer should feel uncomfortable or hesitant to ask for a simple modification to their order. I always remain polite and respectful, yet I'm repeatedly met with unnecessary attitude from this employee. After multiple unpleasant experiences, I can confidently say this is a pattern, not a one-time bad day. Management seriously needs to address this issue. One employee with such a consistently negative attitude can easily ruin the reputation of an otherwise great location. I hope this feedback is taken seriously because customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect, not made to feel like they're asking for too much by requesting their food be prepared properly.
