  Came in to pizza hut to pick an order up, when i arrived it was not yet started. I asked if I could change something in the order before it proceses and she was Direct and told me rudly no. When i asked another employed why he said it was possible i just had to wait an extra 6 minutes and he could make the change. I waited over 20 minutes sitting inside the store with my order paid . No one gave me my food, i had to ask for it over 3 times to receive my food luke warm and the modification i asked for “not done” after employed said “he would”. A manager by the name of “Don luche” acused me of lying after I questioned why they didn’t módify my order, she came back Defensive raising her voice saying “she wasn’t going to do it ! , don’t try and go around me .” And said if I wanted to leave a review say it was the “black manager” instigating after I asked politely over 3 times for her name. She finally gave it to me “DonLuche” so very offensive and unprofessional. I was willing to pay more for a simple change and she didn’t hesitate to start confrontation. She honestly shouldn’t work in the service industry if she can’t handle a simple situation with ease and treat her customers with a little dignity. Had to reheat everything .

  TERRIBLE SERVICE. The young ladies there act like people are begging them for something. Won't be returning that's for sure.

  I was disappointed with my experience at this Pizza Hut location. When I walked in to pick up my order, there were about five employees working, but not a single person acknowledged or greeted me. I stood at the counter for around three minutes without anyone saying a word. One employee had her back turned to me the entire time, and no one seemed interested in helping. It wasn't until another customer walked into the store that a couple of the employees looked up, and one of them finally came to the counter to ask what I needed. Unfortunately, the interaction wasn't pleasant. I was only there to pick up an order, but the employees came across as rude, barely spoke, and gave off a very "I don't care" attitude. I understand that places can get busy, but a simple greeting and basic customer service go a long way. I hope management addresses this, because customers deserve to feel acknowledged and treated with courtesy.

  took 20 min to get the pizzas. the crust wasn’t hot and was too doughy and wasn’t pleasant to eat. the veggie pizzas tasted better than the meat ones. it’s worse than average pizza hut and def better pizza in miami.
