I asked for a croissant sausage, egg and bacon no cheese and I got a bacon, egg and cheese. I spent extra for my sandwich and I didn’t even get Even remotely close to what I wanted. The people they are nice, but they don’t know what they’re doing. Obviously, this has happened more than once. You would think I would’ve learned to check the bag before I leave every single time..

I come here almost every single day, but today’s experience was an absolute disaster from start to finish. To begin with, the AC was turned off, and it was unbearably hot inside. The employee only bothered to turn it on after she saw me visibly complaining about the heat. I had to place two orders at the kiosk because there is never anyone at the counter to take orders. The coffee they served my wife and me was disgusting, it literally tasted like tap water mixed with black coffee. I had to raise my voice just to get them to come to the counter because they were completely ignoring me. When I complained about the coffee, the first employee just said "ok" and walked away. I waited 7 minutes and nobody did anything. When I tried talking to the other worker, she caught a major attitude as if I was bothering her. She actually started ARGUING with me in a very rude manner, claiming the coffee was made exactly how I ordered it and that it was my fault if I didn't like it. She remade it with a terrible attitude, and it turned out just as awful, complete garbage. I ended up leaving extremely frustrated. As a daily customer, it’s a shame they hire such poorly mannered staff and have zero quality control. I will not be coming back!
