  If I could give zero stars I would. First of all, I got there at 8 AM. I ordered two dozen bagels and the guy panicked like they didn’t have that many bagels in the store. Second I also ordered a sandwich, before I left I asked the cashier to make sure that the sandwich was there, he confirmed with me that yes sandwich is in there. When I got to the office, sandwich was not in there. Third, all 24 bagels were hard and no one was able to eat them; and finally I’m calling the location to request a refund for the sandies that I paid for but did not receive, no one is picking up the phone.

  Employee didnt want to honor a promotion on the app $4 half dozen with drink purchase. Then started speaking Spanish about me to another employee thinking I didnt understand until I called her out. SERVICE is always rude and horrible at this location.

  Wonderful experience love coming here. Shout out to Joseph aka Joe the cook. I always order a Sweet Black Pepper Bacon sandwich. But this time entirely different experience that Shock 😲 my taste buds. That sandwich was different made better than ever before. The cashier Ms. Towannah the drive thru cashier always pleasant with a smile on her face. She knows the importance of customer service with a smile.😃 So, I asked her who made the sandwich OMG this taste so good never before has a sandwich made me take notice. Joe, my hat is off to you. You made it better whatever you did keep doing it!!! These two people yes together perfect team. 🥰

  Horrible service , she completely ignored me for being on call with his headphones on !!! Literally , talking with someone loud enough!! Rude and disrespectful
