  Visited here the Saturday before Mother's Day and it was like walking into a close relatives home. The staff were all smiling and greeted every customer. It was such a cozy atmosphere that the customers were mingling amongst each other. One of the associates left briefly and came back in with a bucket of beautiful flowers to hand to the women inside. It was beautiful! Needless to say, although the restaurant was packed, the food, as always, came out timely and fresh.

  Excelente experiencia de comida rápida! El pollo es crujiente y la salsa chick-fil-A muy recomendable! Y el staff es de lo más agradable (siempre completando esta muy buena experiencia). Las vacas tomaron el control y quieren que comamos más pollo!!!

  This location has so many people standing around or going back and forth touching g nothing. Dining room guest are ignored. Waiting on my food I heard two people say I’m going on break. This is why my bag was sitting on a shelf, waiting for someone to put ketchup in it.

  The other day, your wonderful customer service representative, Ms. Poalishia, assisted me with my order. She was absolutely delightful. She took the time to ask about the exact color of my car (I own a ChromaFlair painted vehicle, color varies depending on sunlight and angle…etc.). Ms. Poalishia also encouraged me as I checked my funds to complete the purchase, and patiently helped me navigate the menu options. Her approach to customer service—polite, professional, and genuinely kind—was exceptional. She made my drive-thru experience truly enjoyable. Thank you for hiring her, and I kindly ask that she be recognized for her outstanding service. I would also like to give a big shout-out to another Chick-fil-A team member, Bri. She has consistently provided excellent service each time I visit. She always greets me with a smile, hands me my order without issue, and she consistently responds with, “You’re welcome—have a great day,” which I love. My order is always correct, and I’ve never had a negative experience when she assists me. Her consistency and positive attitude truly stand out. Now this may be a stretch, but I would truly appreciate it if these two employees could be recognized with individual gift cards or a meaningful “thank you” gift for their outstanding customer service. Their kindness and professionalism made a lasting impression, and both will definitely play a role in my decision to return to Chick-fil-A. Thank you, ladies and Thank you, CFA.
