  Fast friendly service.. ordered coffee drlnnk on line..it was tasty and freshly made .. I like it a little thicker but it wZ good

  Customer service here is horrible, but they didn't mess my order up so I can give at least one extra star since that's sometimes hard to find at mcdonald's. Drive through attendants on the phone and the person who came to give me my food after telling me to pull to the side (only ordered a burger and fries), had a horrible attitude.

  The staff works hard but there is this manager there that is so rude to customers. She definitely lacks customer service skills and dosnt know the products or current programs. We are all baffled about how she is even a manager?!?!

  Most times I bare with whatever the issue is but, this time I felt triggered. The woman over the younger staff needs an adjustment before somebody with less composure pulls to the window. Her professional is ridiculous, and immature. The lack of communication is the main thing when a customer is asking questions, she felt there was nothing wrong with giving a child a partially filled drink while the others are bt, instead of relaying it me she fusses at the young worker about it in front of me, then hands me 3 happy meals in a regular bag no warning. Had I known she’d do that I would’ve canceled the order!. Kids literally look for the meal because of the box and it’s expected contents, before that it was a missing item out of it - it’s starting to lose its good graces with me, I use to prefer this location but not anymore.

  I would like to know why I had to patiently wait 25 minutes for (2) two kids meals while others just came in and got their food under (5) five minutes. There were no type of apologies nor showing any type of concerns or customer service, they definitely need NEW management because the woman who was the manager on duty was not helpful at all. So if the manager on duty is terrible with customer service, how do you think the regular employees will treat the customers? NEVER AGAIN. The location on Atlantic Blvd it’s a whole lot better and I get my food at least five minutes or under all the time!
