I had just pull up and have gotten an important call I said give me just a moment to order then he said okay. he didn't even wait he just came out the back door shouting and cursing like a crazy person. There were no customers behind me because I wouldn't keep them waiting behind me. Even after I was leaving I hear him inside the store when he returned over the intercom fuming I am not serving her. I Just drove away I wasn't going to be needing his service or this place anymore of that horrible shopping experience. It's like a lot of the Wendy's locations are getting worst very bad customer service the staff and manager or rude and disrespectful these people need proper training is like they hired the worst behavior people. and I noticed certain areas there located in you get better service so I kind of have to drive longer to get to a Wendy's which I don't mind.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
