  I am only giving this location 5 stars because of the wonderful employee named LEXIS who was working tonight. I can’t say enough good things about the way she helped me with my order. She went above and beyond to make sure my order was as close to perfect as possible, even though the store was out of some of the items I originally ordered . Instead of simply saying they were unavailable, she took the time to find the best alternatives and made sure everything was taken care of. What impressed me even more was that she was working the entire store by herself and still managed to be incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. She was clearly juggling a lot, but she never made me feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience. She genuinely cared about getting my order right and making sure I was happy. That kind of dedication and customer service deserves recognition. She did an exceptional job, especially under the circumstances, and I truly appreciate the effort she put into my order. Employees like her are the reason customers remember a business and want to come back. Please make sure she gets the recognition she deserves — she absolutely earned it! 👏🍕❤️

  The energy here is unrivaled. Drew did an amazing job making a genuine connection and remembering me by name when I came in. I’m grateful to have a papa Johns this nice as my local store!!

  I normally don't like to write reviews... but tonight my wife ordered pizza for dinner for us both... we placed an order for 1 of our pizzas to be a Hawaiian. No ham, extra extra bacon...and extra cheese... when the pizza showed up, the pizza had extra cheese and some pineapple... I figured id call and ask, maybe they messed up our order with someone else... this being our second problem ordering pizza here.. when the manager got on the phone.. she was quick to say I didn't order what I had said we ordered... my wife pulled up the order/on line orderly that says exactly what we ordered... the manager was quick to get short with us saying I can refund the money... and kept repeating the same thing over... upset, I said no thank you... for now on we will be ordering our pizza else where, for now on...
