  The younger guy working the window is kind and full of energy. He was getting those orders knocked out. Perfect dipped cones! All employees are excellent and care. It shows! Thank you!

  The burgers and the fries were good The onion rings not so much typical dairy Queen food most people go for the ice cream and blizzards lol

  Went in to get food, everything was going okay but when i saw my receipt i asked why id been charged separately for the cheese curds and the srink when i wanted it as a meal. was told that the cheese curds where an upcharge but they judt charged me for a thing of cheese curds. At that point i should have gotten fries too. When i said i wasnt told the meal didnt come with a drink the older man, im assuming the manager, pointed to the screen and said "well" with an attitude(i looked and it said nothing about not coming with a drink) . I usually dont write reviews because i try to be kind but this was just rude and unprofessional. I felt lied to and as though my money was taken without knowing what i was getting. The food wasnt good either. The fries where cold inside with the hard outer parts that tells you its been sitting under a warmer for too long. Not long after eating my friend and i both began to feel ill. Dissapointing and not happy at all. I feel ripped off.

  It was a beautiful sunny sunday that a family went to get some clothes shooping for our ever growing kids. Upon finishing that task, the family decided to get lunch on the inside of Dairy Queen. All was great until the (Middle Aged) Man at the counter with the John Lennon glasses and the awefully groomed balding appearance. Started to speak to said family as if we were illiterate and incapable of understanding how “Fast Food” is made. I quote “There is a difference between premium options and regular options. We refused to engage however, he should probably be dealing with the food instead of the customers. l am appalled that he spoke to a woman in that way. I will not be surprised once we (if ever) decide to return that I will ensure he is publicly amongst the other patrons that he will be verbally or physically reminded of what customer service looks like. If his glasses dont break in the process of teaching an old person how to speak appropriately.

  I'm 30 weeks pregnant and was craving my favorite treat, a large chocolate and vanilla twist cone, my boyfriend went and got it for me. It was delicious and devoured in minutes. Unfortunately for me I got a case of food poisoning from that cone. I vomited and experienced diarrhea until it led me to being severally dehydrated and having a fever of 100.9. At that point we went to the hospital to be treated, thank goodness I went because it would have gotten worse. My boyfriend reached out to management at this location about the ordeal and they demanded a toxicology report which my doctor at the hospital said it wasn't necessary. I will never eat my favorite treat at another dairy queen again thanks to this situation. All we wanted was to make sure their employees were following proper hygiene protocols and washing their hands but instead they were rude and said "well no one else got sick."
