The first time I just figured it was a one off but the second time makes me think this is not the one to go to anymore. Never had any other issue with chick fil a before.

It was the Panama City Beach location that needs a serious upgrade in both food prep and service and response to customer complaints. My sincere apologies to niceville please go out of your way to visit this location and to avoid Panama City Beach.
