My husband and I came last night and walked into the store at 952pm, store closed at 10. The woman at the counter refused to help us, said they were closed and kicked us out. I also left a review on their Facebook page as we were leaving the parking lot at 955pm. Nice, right? So in good faith, the whole family went today, after much fun all day, hoping for a better experience. We were completely mistaken. No waffle cones or bowls and told they would take 20minutes to make. Sad face.... Also they couldn't make the Reese's layered sundae as they didn't have the Reese's and other ingredients to make it. So we got sugar cones... They were so stale the kids didn't want to eat them. Save your money and go elsewhere. Don't disappoint your kids/family with poor service and a lack luster menu.
