The drinks and service are great at this location. It always makes me smile to see Alyssa taking orders , she gives the best suggestions for drinks.

I like how the employees carry on conversations. They make the experience enjoyable. Asked if I'd tried the new protein add in and what I thought. Told me what they thought about it.

Young staff didn't seem to want to be there. After i already ordered and tipped, they said their shake machine didn't work, and gave me an attitude when I was trying to figure out what I could get as a replacement (since they wouldn't give me a refund). Ended up giving me a drink missing the extra espresso shots I paid for, and this one was way less expensive than what I originally actually paid for. Lost out on the drink I wanted, the caffeine I paid extra for, and the cost of the expensive drink I bought. Very dissatisfied.
