I asked to speak to someone who could actually help me, as their employee, damaged my property while in their time clock, wearing their uniform and delivering for them. I am not sure she understands that I am entitled to indemnity. Either way, hopefully someone sees this and will reach out.

The person taking the order even called over the manager to verify. I Ordered 12 pizzas to be delivered the following day at 11:30am and paid for them. I called about 11:15 the morning to confirm the delivery and I was informed they would be a little late due to only one driver available. I was told i was the next order out the door. It is now 12:15 and I called to check on my pizza delivery. I was told it is just leaving the store now. I was then informed I was outside the delivery area and they claimed their GPS was stating 40 minute drive, the same drive I make daily from across the street from them in 10-15 minutes for 10 miles. As of 1:00 pm, still no pizza. It arrived at 1:10. An hour and a half later and the excuse from the driver is now that it took 40 minutes. I told him I drive the same route every day and his smart ass comment was that he doesn't speed, he drive the speed limit. Google states 10-15 minutes, the same time I spend daily. He also stated he delivered it outside of his territory because even though he should not have, in that event, they should not have taken the order in person when I asked them to verify if it was in their territory. He also did not have my paid receipt that I was told could not be generated until delivery. Definitely no tip and no future orders for pickup or delivery. I would not recommend this store for deliveries, over an hour land a half late, claims I ordered for delivery outside their zone when they took the order in person the day before, and nothing but attitude and excuses for their service. I would have expected to be the first order or a scheduled order for delivery rather than when they have time. No offer for a discount, drink or even an apology for the delivery over an hour late. I now have to go into the store to get my receipt. ============= Update Dominoes Pizza replied and offered to make the situation "right" after I posted my review. I have no attention of following up with them or changing my review. The time to make it "right" was the day of the delivery and they did not care to address the situation that they caused. As stated, they offered no compensation or apologies before the pizza arrived over an hour and a half late from scheduled time and when I went back to the store after 5 pm that day, again no offer of compensation. The pm manager herself did apologize but could not offer any compensation for my crew eating lunch 1 1/2 hours late that day. Talking to neighbors and everyone else, I have discovered any promise of delivery time is just words, there is always an excuse why it is late. Future lunches for my employees will not be from this Dominoes.
