- PBPeter Baldwin1 day ago2.0A clean, nice shop with the renowned B&J ice cream to go. The staff was pleasant and professional. But here is the monumental problem: it’s located in a rather grim strip mall with a huge parking lot in front of it and absolutely no place to sit down. So you are expected to eat your ice cream in your car or loiter like a vagrant at the curb.
- ABAlejandra Bartolini2 days ago1.0Very disappointing! I was so excited for this ice cream shop to open but we just went and both the service and ice cream were bad. First we get into the store and the two people from the staff don’t even say hi or help us they just continue having their social conversation for about 3 minutes, until a 3rd employee comes from the back and finally helps us. Then we get charged $17 for the tiniest scoop and a super small and also got asked to give a tip, so I expect it to be very good. My ice cream was good but veery tiny for $7. My husband’s milkshake was not only not creamy at all but it was warm :( they made the milkshake with again the one tiny ice cream scoop and a bunch of warm milk🫠 I’ll never go there again. I just rather get the ice cream from the store. More ice cream and cheaper!
- ASAshley Selph3 days ago5.0We went for the soft opening. We were served quickly despite the growing line and the employees were very sweet. It was obvious they were still learning, but that is what soft openings are for! Great job all around by the staff. Unfortunately I am not sure how often we would visit as the prices are super high. Yes, it is fun to go out for ice cream, but it was $27 for the three of us! We got two chocolate sugar cones and one of the super tiny cups. Of course I expect there to be a premium for the fun of getting a cone at a shop, but it is hard to look at the price and realize I could get three entire pints at the store for about $10 less. In the end we would come back for a special treat out, but that will not be very often due to the price.

- AEAlyssa Evers5 days ago2.0We stopped in today for the soft opening, and I completely understand that the first day of a new business can come with some growing pains. Unfortunately, our experience was a little disappointing. We waited patiently in line, but somehow ended up being overlooked a few times. The couple behind us was helped first and was asked to move in front of us to check out, and then another group behind them was helped as well. Eventually, we were asked if we had been helped, and we explained that we hadn’t. I completely understand that things can be hectic on opening day, but it was a little frustrating to be standing there waiting and being passed over a few times. The other thing that surprised me was the price. I understand that you’re paying a premium for ice cream at a shop versus buying a pint at the grocery store, but at $9.66 for a three-scoop cup, the portion felt pretty small for what we paid.
