  Great food and a cozy atmosphere! The bakery items are always fresh, and I love the variety of soups and sandwiches. Perfect spot to grab a quick bite or relax with a book.

  The dining area is clean looking but the large “buffet” style table is always sticky. Sandwiches can be inconsistent at times but the soups are always good as usual! Staff is always pleasant and professional.

  This is the pitt stop of Panera stores, sticky floors & tables, disgusting bathrooms. I feel bad for the employees who work here, they need a whole separate crew just to clean this place. Now that hantavirus is making its way back due to rodents, businesses need to put cleanliness as their first priority!

  We came on a Sunday at 11:55am. Because there were only a couple people eating, we went to the front counter to order. We waited… We saw people walking around in the back. NO ONE came to the counter or even acknowledged us. People saw us… We ordered from the machine. When our food came up, my husband’s silverware was dirty. Not saying it wasn’t put through the dishwasher, but it should have been noticed before being put on his plate. The young man I got our drinks from was friendly and the food was yummy. This is our first time in THIS Panera Bread. It was 1/2 way home from our trip.

  I’ve never been so annoyed that I felt the need to write a review the same day something happened, but here we are. Really disappointed with chains like this that seem more focused on squeezing out extra money than basic customer service. I asked for a simple swap, no feta because I’m allergic to dairy, and avocado instead on a veggie sandwich, and still got charged the full $1.70 for avocado. The reason? “Avocado is a protein.” Meanwhile, I removed the cheese ($1.50), which is actually a protein. Make it make sense. And the drive thru experience didn’t help. We were handed our order, almost drove off before realizing half of it was missing (our little one’s meal and sides), then got completely ignored while waiting. Had to honk twice just to get someone to come back. Just for the second time the server handed us the items, for that to be wrong as well. Between the ridiculous upcharge and the serious lack of attention, it’s honestly frustrating enough to think twice about going to a Panera in general ever again.
