  The food was standard fare nothing particularly interesting but was good and of a decent quality and I thought reasonably priced. The service was excellent, i mistakenly booked a reservation for 8 for the day after I actually needed it for. The hostess was able to get us seated and our waiter Shayne was wonderful efficient and professional. If you're looking for a nice place to eat in NSB this is a good choice.

  I have NEVER been so pleased with a restaurant then I have here. The food was fanamanal and our waiter Jamie was the best ever. He is an actual people person. This is one person you need to do whatever you need to do to keep him. The establishment was very unique and beautiful. I came down here to visit my daughter and will definitely come here every time I visit Florida. Maybe move here one day. Keep up the awesome work!!!!!

  Spent an enjoyable and delicious early bird dinner of stuffed mushrooms, calamari, shrimp and grits, mediterranean mahi, broiled captain's platter, key lime pie, mango coconut cheesecake and of course several piña colada's. Jamie, our server, was excellent!! Attentive, knowledgeable of the menu, extremely friendly and polite, he ensured our incredible food was equaled with incredible service! I'm never disappointed with Chef Dennis' talent in the kitchen. The food is always binge worthy and amazing!

  This past Thursday was our first visit to Norwood’s and our dinner did not disappoint! Alison was extremely helpful in telling us about the history of the restaurant, and what the favorite selections she would recommend! I had the Mahi Mahi Stack and it was superb! Everyone in our party had a great time, a great meal, and a wonderful first time experience! We will certainly visit again in the future!

  Well, I have been going to Norwood's with my parents and grandparents since I was probably born - 72 years. A lot has changed in that time from the old waterfront atmosphere and the BEST fried shrimp on earth. Even though I have dined there many times since it changed, I have never reviewed the restaurant. My wife, Jo, and I stayed in NSB for several days coming back from Key West. We ate at the Garlic one night by mistake (another review) but had to visit Norwood's as always. The drinks, Pina Colada and Margarita were nothing to write home about.The calamari was tough...but he shrimp dinners were delicious. The key lime pie had some kind of crumbles on the top that neither of us could put our finger on...I ended up eating it...it was intended for Jo. Alison was a great server, and very attentive. I look forward to continuing my tradition with Norwood's...I'm just going to be a bit more cautious with appetizers and desert.
