My visit was on 11/03/2026 at 6:44 PM.
A girl with long hair brought me my order (which was ordered dine-in) in a bag, and I asked her if she could bring me a tray. She carefully removed the items that were in the bag, neatly placed them on the tray, and even included extra sauce. As she brought the tray out to me, I smiled and said I would have been willing to take the items out of the bag. She weakly said "sure" without making eye contact and walked away.
At 7:04 PM, I noticed that she kept touching her face, including (what I thought - vision is slightly blurry) her nose. I asked her to wash or sanitize her hands. She said, "I was just" (something unintelligible) and I advised that touching your face can result in the spread of foodborne illness.
Less than two minutes later, I overheard her talking about me to the other employees and remarked that I had asked her to wash her hands. She said, "I was so nice to him," and one of the other employees told her, "that's crazy." I loudly said from across the dining room, "I can hear you talking about me." They quieted down.
Yes, hand-washing is a crazy concept in food service, I know. It's hard to believe that everyone (well, maybe not everyone) seemed to be sticklers about wearing masks and not touching his or her nose or face only a few years ago. Even before the pandemic, though, touching your nose has always been a great way to spread or receive respiratory viruses.
At 7:21 PM, she touched her face again while helping a customer at the front counter.
Also, I had ordered a large strawberry shake and received what was clearly vanilla. (i.e., it was totally white) When I asked, I was reassured that it was strawberry, but the strawberry was just in the center. (I took a sip; it was clearly vanilla.) I asked for chocolate instead, and an employee told me a manager would need to bring it out to me. The employee said that they just press a button and the shake comes out. I suggested that maybe some kind of maintenance request was needed; she said maintenance had just left. Interestingly, a manager needed to bring supplies out from the back to make chocolate shakes.
The kiosk to the far left had some kind of screen issue because a button kept being automatically "pressed," and the two remaining kiosks had some kind of white caked substance all over them. On top of all that, the men's restroom door slams so loudly that it startled me. Apparently, it doesn't have a hydraulic door closer or the one it has is not functioning.
McDonald's prices have gone up, but sadly, their standards have not...
Oh, and as a side note: I don't know if she still works there in the mornings, but there's this black girl (I think she's Laura's daughter) who has firmly convinced me she is an android. Someone BADLY needs to install the "Smile and Body Language" update on that system. I would recommend doing a personality overhaul, but that would probably require installing a new OS.
I've never ordered from this location and received a sauce/condiment even once. Multiple times I've ordered a 40 nugget pack and never once received any. The entire meal is nuggets, how do you not give any sauce at all? I've even tried ordering extra and paying for sauces, and they just don't give me those either, so I loose more money. Never any napkins, ketchup, butter, jam, utensils, etc. It's like this location doesn't carry condiments, it's weird. Food is often just missing when delivered, burgers are often made wrong, so I'm no longer ordering delivery from this location anymore. I'll just stick with Chick-fil-A cause they never mess up.
