  They go overboard with how little they serve on the plate it looks like they're paying for it themselves; the plate is practically empty.

  I generally don't like to post unless it's positive. However, after several visits to multiple locations... I felt it prudent to leave this note. Every location has had less than stellar food preparation. Today was perhaps the worst of my recent visits. Almost all the food looks like it was from the day before. The beans were so dry they were splitting. Burnt and old onions and peppers with no new to be prepared anytime soon. I asked. I could go on but seems to me, the overall quality of Chipotle has gone downward. By the way, it looks like we were part of the first customers of the morning. It was about 11:10AM. I really thought we'd get fresh food today. But sadly, no.

  Ordered DoorDash and chipotle gave wrong order. DoorDash driver went back to get order. They gave him another wrong order. We decided to go to the store To show them everything that they gave us that we did not order.. they then still forgot the chips and the queso when bringing the order out to the table to us to say “ sorry “ … Upon eating, there was burnt pieces all throughout the food..

  I love the Softita bowl. We go there only for this along with grilled veggies, rice, beans, corn, tomato and lettuce. No cheese, no sour cream. Things started out rough. As we ordered we realized they were out of the grilled veggies! The veggies and sofritas are the sole reason we choose to eat here. I told the line person that we would wait until they were cooked and offered for the customer behind us to go. However, she took the bowls around the corner, I guess to the drive thru area and came back with the tops on the bowl. She informed us that she gave us all the veggies they had. I asked her to open the bowl so I could see what we got. She did and there was only a small pinch portion of the bottom of the barrel veggies. I said again, we will wait for them to cook. Oftentimes when I go into Chipotle I feel like I prepare for battle. I mean in the way of making sure we get a good bowl. It would be nice to feel rest assured we would get a bowl like your advertisements without a battle. I understand where the 3.1 rating comes from. There are lots of others with the same complaints. I am here in NSB on vacation, and I will say that most, if not all Chipotle's seem to have similar issues and complaints. This must trickle from the top down company wide. This is when enthusiastic Emma stepped in. She made sure we got a nice fresh portion of the veggies! She made sure we had everything we needed and served us patiently with a smile. We love Chipotle, just wish that the line people would listen better sometimes and be more welcoming. I think it's comes down to employee training and a company philosophy that's wants to give great friendly service. This seems lacking here. I once worked for a pretty big airline, you might of heard of JetBlue. A smile and a warm greeting was a basic fundamental and required. Just this goes a long way. Thank you again Emma, you are very kind and gave us great service! You totally turned our experience around today. We appreciate you. Take care 👍 PS... The new Lime Cilantro Sauce is excellent!
