  Why would you reopen a restaurant so prematurely without making sure everything is in good shape? Also I understand most of your business is through the drive-thru but it should not take a half hour for a doordash driver 30 minutes to pick up an order! He sat there waiting for 30 minutes to get anybodys attention for front end! thats disgusting and the owner of this franchise should be embarrassed at the poor customer service! This is why you guys are losing business! Poor customer service!

  Very rude nasty people the night crew is terrible I've been a manager of a fast food restaurant before and if my employees ever treated a customer the way I was just treated I would have fired them on the spot the night manager should be fired she's a terrible employee and a terrible manager

  Girl at the mic deaf or sum went there at 2:52pm i was yelling at the speaker she still said "can u speak up" pls find someone else to take orders, and the attitude holly, its like they didnt want to come back to work after having months off due to closure

  We asked for two large waters, and the manager started to yell at us as if “we should have known” that they cannot give large waters. But then tells us the water is free but the large cup isn’t??? We would have understood if it was told to us in a respectful manner. However, it wasn’t and she started to yell at us, and then yelled at the worker who probably wasn’t informed about that rule. By saying “Just so you know we don’t give large water” I understand it’s fast food and I don’t expect Michelin start service but I expect not to be yelled at over how we didn’t order anything and the water doesn’t count as an order.
