  I was charged an extra $0.70 for a small cup because the location was out of kids cups. That’s not the customer’s responsibility to pay for. If you’re out of the correct cups, you should substitute the size without charging extra — not make customers cover the difference for your inventory issue. It’s only 70 cents, but it’s the principle. Staff was basically like “that’s just how it is,” when no, that’s not how customer service works. The general manager did this !

  Today at 3:24am my husband placed an online order for pick up after working overnight. When we arrived at the location we were told only the nuggets in our order couldn’t fully be made but were given a single burnt mccrispy filet as our substitute. When we drove home to eat we looked in the bag to notice that our burgers weren’t made either and we were given cookies without our knowledge that this couldn’t be made. We would have cancelled the order and figured something else out when going back through the drive through to get this corrected we were barely given any sort of conversation, I understand it’s late at night but you work overnight potentially but that’s the nature of the business. We we were then told nothing could be made and say in silence for 4 minutes over the intercom we were told to pull up to the 2nd window and after 5 more mins the 3 burgers were made. Now where I appreciate the burgers being made AFTER the fact, a conversation before this even had to transpire would have been better. This isn’t my first issue with this location and please consider retraining on customer service and communication.

  I ordered an iced coffee at the location in port richey by the Walmart and I was not satisfied, so I reordered the exact same thing at this location. Here is the side by side comparison. This location definitely did a better job and the staff are usually pretty friendly.

  I go here in the morning to get a small black coffee. Everytime I go there I'm waiting in the drive thru line for more than 5 minutes just waiting for my order to be taken. Sometimes when I get to the window no one comes to take my payment cause they are to busy standing around talking. It's terrible customer service and when your in a rush your waiting. I'm sorry but this is the worst McDonald's I've been too and I will not be back.

  This does not even deserve one star. Me and my boyfriend ordered food on Tuesday rhe 28th, 12:40 am. Whoever was on staff should be fired. Not only were we missing over 10 items in our order, we were denied items as well. We ordered on uber and our driver had said they told her that they could not give us sauces for there was a limit. I also order there free jams and ketchups which they would not allow us to have. Disgraceful. On top of that they did forgot my deluxe chicken sandwhich. How? I don’t know. The nuggets and fries were cold and tasted awful, almost like they were made wrong. Probably the awful employees fault. And the soda was flat. I will NEVER be going back here nor will I let anyone I know. This is the most disgusting establishment and managed awfully.
