  Went through the drive thru and waited over ten minutes for the cashier to tell me they couldn’t take my $50 bill and the manager said they had no money to make change for almost a $20 order. I didn’t see anything posted and that’s all the money I had so I left empty handed with no time to go elsewhere.

  Picture this: your in high school band and just finished your last ever concert of your senior year. Not knowing what you want to do with your life, you sit in a domino's parking lot crying while waiting for your pizza. While waiting, you realize it's been over 12 hours since you last drank water, easiest place to get it, Dunkin Donuts, in the same lot. You get out your car and walk over, they're closed. You knock on the drive through window and a kind server walks up and opens it, giving you the water you desire. I never got your name but you're literally a life saver, thank you for that, you were probably closing and wanting to go home, but I really just needed a drink

  I found the staff’s behavior to be rude and lacking professionalism in their communication with customers. They did not show respect toward customers, and the overall quality of service was very poor. Additionally, when I mentioned that I intended to file a complaint, I was told that they did not care, which I found extremely inappropriate and unprofessional.

  The atmosphere was unpleasant and the service was poor. The employees were unprofessional, and the place was very messy when we arrived. When we asked for it to be cleaned, the staff responded rudely and even yelled at us before we left, telling us to clean everything ourselves. Their behavior was unacceptable. We reported this to the manager, but no action was taken.

  Really disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts. The tables were all dirty when I arrived, and the place looked messy overall. I had to clean a table myself just to sit down. There were also no napkins available, which was very inconvenient. After we finished our drinks, a staff member came to clean the table but spoke to us in a rude and unprofessional way. Definitely not the kind of customer service you expect. I hope they improve both cleanliness and how they treat customers.
