- BZBlend Zeka4 days ago1.0Love dunkin but this particular location the employees seem to be incapable of substituting sausage with chicken on their wake up wraps. Every other location does it with zero issues but at this location they just act confused and tell me they can’t do that lol. Not sure if it’s a location specific issue or what but it’s a bit of a bummer since this location is the closest one to me so I’ve gotta drive farther everytime to get what I’m looking for.

Everything appears clean and well organized as well. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Luis who was so friendly and efficient but wasted no time either. My drink came out swiftly and it was delicious.

The girl taking the order told us she was new and kept asking us to repeat the order. After we paid her she told us that they were out of Crullers & handed me a jelly donut, a coffee and a hot Macchiato. We explained that we order an Iced Caramel Macchiato. The shift manager heard us and told us that she would remake it. Instead she gave us an Iced Coffee. I pulled around and went inside & told the shift manager. She told me that I had ordered an Ice Coffee & that she had to make what was in the ticket. I told her that I didn't care how the ticket system worked, I only wanted the correct drink. She became arguementative and kept trying to explain how the ticket system worked. She refunded $5 for the coffee and told me to leave. I asked to speak to her boss and she refused. She also refused to give me the contact information for the district manager. I left angry without my drinks. Thank god there is a Starbucks nearby,

- MHMiles HuntAug 6, 20261.0Worst DD in the area. I ordered ahead one drink and got in the drive thru. Two cars in front of me and the car at the speaker waited over 4 mins before their order was taken. They then sat at the window with no one coming to the window for quite a while and drove off. The car right in front of me waited several mins before their order was taken as well. He got to the window and it was over 5 mins before he was handed his one drink. I waited a full 4 mins before someone came to the speaker to take my order which I had ordered ahead so just gave my name. When I got to the window there was no one there. I saw 2 employees inside talking and laughing, one appeared to be the manager. I sat waiting and waiting while I saw my drink off to the side. Eventually the manager looked up and came to the window and handed me my drink. In total it took me 18 mins to get my order ahead 1 drink with only 2 cars before me. It was not busy inside, it was actually raining with 2 cars in the parking lot when I arrived so being busy can't be the excuse. Just very, very poor service.
