- KPKylee PryorSep 25, 20261.0i’m not one to leave bad reviews, but it has been months and it is an issue every time i order from here. i stop here out of convenience as it is on my way to work. but something always gets messed up with my order. regardless of the other minor mistakes that occur like forgetting to give me hashbrowns i ordered, or making an item wrong.. for some reason EVERY time i order the avocado toast with bacon… they charge me, but NEVER put bacon on it. i had ONE time they put the bacon on, and it was burnt and in one small clump in the center of the toast. outside of that one time occurrence, i don’t get the bacon. sometimes i notice before i leave, sometimes im simply in a rush and dont. the times i do and i take it back to get what im missing, staff gives me an attitude over it. even though im coming in politely asking for my item i paid for. im not sure what the issue is, i’ve never had such consistent issues at any other establishment ever. for the staff to continuously mess up my order, whether is my toast or something else, then become frustrated when asked to fix it… what is it? is the bacon hard to make? are they being asked to be scarce with the bacon? i don’t know. i just want what i paid for, and if a mistake happens, i’m not sure why staff is against fixing it.

It's not even a case of them being busy, you can show up with zero customers and still be stuck at the drive through speaker for 5+ minutes. It's just worth driving the extra minutes for a different Dunkin at this point. And DO NOT place a mobile order, you can't cancel it and you get stuck waiting. Edit: One poor woman has been holding the whole place down the last few visits. Shout out to her, but corporate really needs to step in and help her.
