  One star until they fix traffic patterns blocking the entire area every morning. Get someone out there directing traffic or taking orders or just move to another location bye

  Slowest and worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to and when asked for lite ice the cup was literally all ice.

  Pretty clear now why this dunkin is completely empty while the other one in town has a line wrapped around the building. My usual dunkin had the line wrapped around the building and I didn’t have time to wait so I decided to try this one. HUGE mistake. Can’t ring in an order to save their lives apparently. Tried to order a caramel coldbrew with cold foam, they originally ring it in as a coldbrew add cold foam (common mistake so I’m not upset just correct them, since it costs more this way) the snippily ask if I want the cinnamon sugar that comes with that one, I say yes that’s fine. And to please make sure it has cream, sugar, and a shot of espresso. She says okay, tells me to pull forward. I see it pop up on the screen, it only shows sugar and espresso, so I clarify again asking to make sure it has cream, just get told ok pull forward, it still doesn’t correct on th screen but I figure maybe the person making it has a headset so they’ll know whatever. I pull up pay, they then try to hand me the darkest coffee I’ve ever seen, so I ask, does tha have cream, that is NOT the right color. Oh it just says sugar and espresso. Like okay well I asked for cream. And instead of completely remaking it they just go dump some out and add cream. Which sounds like whatever, except they dumped off most of the cold foam and obviously I lost at least some of the espresso shot which at over $1 a shot is a bit upsetting. Hand it to me with no cold foam and like it’s not problem. I don’t have time at this point so I just take it and go. But not a great first impression and I guess next time I’ll either suck it up and wait in line at the other one or skip the coffee completely, either way not coming here again.
