  I am a fan of Chipotle in general, but today I was near walking out before placing my order. There was a customer in front of me holding a dog the whole time and standing very close to the glass. This seemed odd only to me, I guess. I am a dog-lover, but it is unsanitary to have a dog so close to food that is being prepared for others to eat! The customer should have ordered online and picked the food up at the drive thru. But also, the Chipotle workers should have said something to the dog-holding customer. The second thing that turned me off was the way the worker was slopping the food into the bowls and not wiping down the excess food from the counter before starting another heaping bowl of food. It was a total turn off. I was no longer hungry, so I ordered chips and guac. Which I could not watch the worker put into the container or else I would not have been able to eat that either. I get that this is a fast-food place, however people would much rather see that care is taken with their food and not it being treated like slop (the only word I can think of). The food is actually good, so the complaint is the presentation and the care of maintaining a sanitary environment. Easily solvable. I hope this review helps because, from time to time, I would like to eat at Chipotle on my lunch breaks! Thank you!

  I had went in to pick up an order and saw an employee dipping chips into The container on the food line and eaten them in customer view. This was absolutely unsanitary.

  Went in there last night,food all over counter and even near cash register,kinda turned my stomach,it only takes a minute to wipe it down,the girl behind counter had hot sauce on spoon and dipped it in the sour cream,really,my stomach hurt all night, never had this experience at any other locations,come on people be cleaner.

  I go to chipotle probably 3-4 times a week and this is Honestly the best Chipotle I’ve been too . Portions are are generous and Service is fast and polite . Will definitely be back with out a doubt . My new location. The one on us19 doesn’t stand a chance against them

  Giving this place 3 stars because I’m not here to bash them just some honest feedback. This spot is still pretty new, so I was a little surprised by some rookie mistakes. The queso was cold and had a really odd texture, almost like breakfast gravy, which just wasn’t it. Also, I live about 2 minutes away, and my food was ice cold by the time I got home. Big difference between dining in and taking it to go. Definitely has potential, just needs to tighten a few things up.
