- CPCorrye Phelan4 days ago2.0I’m a regular at this Chipotle, and most of the longtime staff know my order because I come in so often. I’m leaving this review because of the newer staff members. Unfortunately, the customer service has gone downhill. When I’m spending my money at a restaurant, I shouldn’t be met with attitude, smart remarks, or disrespect while placing an order. I enjoy coming to this location, but management really needs to take a look at how some of the new staff are interacting with customers. As a loyal customer who spends a significant amount of money here, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. If this continues, I’ll be taking my business to another Chipotle location.

I'm not here trying to be scummy and fight for blown out portions. I just care about having a normal amount and if I pay for double chicken then that portion can be noticed (and it was). Haven't been here in a while, but I did have my concerns about management. I have seen staff get yelled at or disrespected in the past and it seems the reviews kinda point to it still being a possible problem. I would recommend outside management (or HR) check in on this place and get confidential statements from the staff because no one deserves to be yelled at or belittled. Management should guide, teach, retrain, and support the staff. Appreciate the staff for making great food and respectful portion sizes!
