  DIRTY. Cockroach jumped on my hand as I went to grab the food out of the service window. My wife yelled and the manager came over. The person at the window stated they wouldn’t touch it. The manager coaxed it into the sliding drive through window track and ran him multiple times. They laughed as we lost our appetite.

  I waited 25 minutes to receive my food, and twice they handed it to me incomplete; I actually had to get out of my car in the rain because they were so incompetent that they couldn't manage to hand it to me through the drive-thru window. Everything was absolutely terrible.

  Bbq brisket had no barbecue and 2 small pieces of brisket for $10. This is a rip off.

  I guess “Matt” was supposed to be there so I got the wrong order? Don’t blame Matt yall, it’s still the same menu, same operation.. Definitely not a Double Beef and Cheddar meal.. it’s a single ham and Swiss I think. Sooo.. Overpaid I’m sure for something I don’t even eat.

  If you get food in the drive through make sure to sit there and unwrap each sandwich to make sure it is right. We ordered two beef and cheddar sandwiches and got home to find one with no cheese at all and the other with a dot of cheese the size of a penny on it. This is not the first time something like this has happened. They almost always forget something.
