Tom and Elsa are awesome. I really enjoy supporting local spots like this, and this place honestly feels like a hidden gem. If you’re thinking about trying it, just go for it. You won’t regret it. It’s the best authentic Filipino food I’ve had in this area so far.
I ordered the chicken adobo, chicken teriyaki, and the Filipino spaghetti. The spaghetti was easily my favorite. It’s different from what you might expect but in a really good way.
Next time I come back, I definitely want to try the Halo Halo. I saw a few people order it and it looked amazing. It’s basically a Filipino shaved ice dessert and it looked super refreshing, especially with the warmer weather coming up.
