    I got coffee here a week ago and the milk was beyond spoiled. I thought it was a fluke. Today I picked some up again and the same problem. Quality concerns here, and quick way to “spoil” a morning.

    I never leave a review but after looking through the most recent reviews, I see im not the only one having the same issues. Ive been a daily dunkin fan for a at least years. Ive came to this location everyday since moving here and about twice a week my coffee has been wrong. And again today it was wrong. I basically paid $8 for caramel almond milk. EVERYDAY I order the same exact coffee as I have been for years. I pay extra for almond milk and I pay extra for an added shot of espresso. Twice this week already my coffee was wrong. This has happened about 6 times in the last month. $50 in mess ups on just one person. I look forward to my morning coffee and cant stand when its wrong. :If I pay an extra shot, I want an extra shot :If I pay for almond milk, I want almond milk. I will say, the staff has alwsys been friendly. No complaints there. Maybe just some training on how to make the product being sold.

    Horrible experience the young worker proceeded to convince the customer in front of me not to get any smoothies or shakes because she didn’t want to make them!! Also then proceeded to not want to make a banana split after that’s what the customer ordered!! I never was served and ended up walking out! That’s a shame and that girl doesn’t need her job if she doesn’t want to be there ! Also the customers in front of me were from out of town.

    This Dunkin’ is not the best. The employees are very rude and unprofessional; they rush you at the counter and are not friendly at all. To the point where when you approach them professionally, they tell you off very rude to you . This is the slowest location in the area. Our food and drinks took 20+ minutes to come out, and there was a lot of confusion at the coffee station. Even though they were fully staffed and there were very few guests, it took forever. We were a large group of 6+ people, but the other Dunkin’ we went to in the past served us much faster.After the 20-minute delay, we finally got our order, and the iced shaken espresso tasted so bad we threw it away after one sip. It tasted like the espresso shot was never changed or was heavily watered down. The sandwiches we received arrived both cold and burnt—not very pleasant. We were not going to go back inside into that mess for the poorly made food and drinks. I would recommend choosing another location. We won’t be back anytime soon.

    Visited the store today for ice cream and snacks with the family. Unfortunately it was not a good experience which is disappointing as my young children were having a difficult time prior and this was supposed to be a positive experience to cheer them up. The manager and two young individuals on their first day of the job were present. There was no clear direction and both individuals seemed very nervous and confused. The manager continued being negative, belittling and yelling over counters at the workers throughout the transaction. No one was aware of what inventory was available, it was 2pm in the afternoon. There were 6 of the same ice creams scattered throughout the ice cream area nearly or half empty, labels were incorrect and the manager excepted us to be responsible for knowing what was there when ordering despite the confusion. She blamed nightshift for the errors but again, it’s 2pm in the afternoon and she had no idea what was there. One of the workers looked to be on the verge of a panic attack as the manager had left him to fulfill the order despite him seeming to not understand what was needed to be done then returned and continued badgering him on how it was done incorrectly in front of us. There were 3 cups of ice cream wasted as they were all done incorrectly, we only ordered two total and walked out with 5 cups… I was overcharged as well. The manager was the one taking the order but I’m sure it can be confusing when you’re yelling at your workers throughout the process. I apologized to both workers for what they were experiencing and told them they were doing a good job. I felt so bad for them and I felt the need to speak up for them and informed the manager she could be nicer and not yell at them. She became very defensive and aggressive and yelled at me in front of my small children and the family with young children who had walked in at the end of this. She yelled at my family to leave the establishment, despite no one in my family yelling or being aggressive throughout the process.
