  Very disappointing experience. The fries were burnt and were completely stale, and the tater tots were mushy like they had been sitting in water. The burger toppings were completely wilted and unappetizing. The chicken was extremely dry, and the breading was dense, heavy, and tasted like low-quality frozen product. The steady decline has reached its peak. I will not be spending my money here again.

  really let down, we went for my sons 4th birthday and i asked for them to bring him a cake or icecream for his birthday and they wouldn’t do that which is pretty lame, an my burger was mediocre at best, and my wife’s boneless wings were cold and she said they sucked. it’s a friday a lunch at lunch and it’s not even busy, poor management, poor food and poor service 👎

  Family decided to stop here for dinner. Was a great experience. I found the loud environment to be a comfort with my kids. Plus our waitress SYDN was wonderful and very accommodating. Had some great suggestions that made dinner even better. Almost got a free dessert cookie but decided to tell the kitchen it was a mistake. Maybe they will see this review and offer us another one upon our return.

  Extremely disappointed. I’ve been here three times before I finally decided to write a review every time we get food here it’s cold and old.! We’ve been here for over two hours with two young children waiting on our food because It took so long to get our food, but probably sitting waiting to get brought to us. I hate that we’ve had such terrible experience every time we’ve come. Was hoping this could be our go to place. Unfortunately I’m not coming back!

  Honestly I would recommend visiting the Pensacola location over this Navarre location if possible. Unfortunately, my experience at the Navarre restaurant was disappointing in several ways. For one just to get this out the way they genuinely gave me 5 onion rings with my order so you won’t even get your moneys worth at all there, but besides that and moving on to the IMPORTANT part, the staff was unwilling to accommodate reasonable modifications to my partners and i order without additional charges. On the menu they have cauliflower chicken and a chicken wrap, her being vegan she asked to have it with the cauliflower chicken and they told her she cannot do that and if she wanted it bad enough she can just purchase both meals, the cauliflower chicken AND the animal chicken wrap, however the pensacola location provided excellent service and had no issue doing it, in-fact they were more than understanding and accommodating of dietary preferences, including vegan requests, and are willing to modify menu items to meet customer needs without issue. That level of flexibility and customer care made for a much more positive experience, so if you like the food they have but want the great customer service and get yours moneys worth, avoid this one and just go to pensacola.
