The workers walked away from the doors to avoid eye contact when we tried to enter. We then tried the drive-thru and found no ice cream flavors listed and irritated workers when we asked what was available. After listening to the (not 31) flavor options, we attempted to order two different items and were told we had to make concessions for each. We opted to cancel our order and left. The employees seemed unconcerned.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
