  They constantly get your order wrong and are too busy talking with each other and not working. I told them they made my order wrong and they just laughed and said oops. Also don’t offer a giveaway if you’re going to run out at 3 pm. This is the worst run 7Brew in the area, I’d rather wait and get to Fort Walton and go to that one than go to this one on my way to work

  Waited in line for a ridiculous amount of time because the two “workers” were too busy socializing with a customer they obviously knew, in the other lane. Once the employee who was in my lane had my drink in hand, he was still too busy talking to hand it over. My usual drink order also tasted like crap. Won’t go to this location again.

  Unfortunately very often understaffed, but always worth the wait! Staff is always down to remake drinks if there's an issue, and the waiting time flies by with the radio blasting. Def one of my fav 7brew locations

  $4 for a regular sized hot coffee with cream and sugar and I had to wait for 10 minutes in the car line and they want a minimum $1 tip for the pleasure of getting a coffee here. No thanks, I'll never be back.

  Tried to grab a coffee here. It was our first time so we had 0 idea what we wanted. It was pouring rain. They had their poor employees outside with no jackets taking orders. Rain started filling our car so we said we needed a minute. When we got to the window she wouldn’t allow us to order & said we could circle back around.. ridiculously bad customer service & looks like they aren’t taking care of their employees. Starbucks would NEVER
